16 5’x7’ Panels Three years after restoring St. Bernard’s main mural (click here to see restored mural), phase two of the project began. The nave of the church was now to be redecorated to match the front of the church. In old photo’s of St. Bernard’s church you could see within the decorative frames there were symbols that were now gone. After discussing the possibilities of replacing the symbols with Father Anderson we suggested that we “illustrate” the life of Saint Bernard rather than recreate the symbols. The concept was approved and research began. Approximately six months later the paintings were all complete and installed. In this photo you can see the effect of the paintings in their frames on the ceiling.
